We will enroll you as a patient into our Electronic Medical Record manually within the next 24 hours.
Once you receive the welcome email, please complete the following steps:
- Log in to our Electronic Medical Record (Optimantra.com).
- Complete your questionnaires and upload pertinent medical information.
- Dr. Clancey will review your questionnaire responses and order your lab work.
- After you have your blood drawn, you can schedule your appointment with Dr. Clancey.
